Alexander Weizen is a double fermented classic German-style wheat beer. Double fermentation means that partly non-fermented beer is added to beer that has already finished fermenting, which results in double fermentation. The beer has a fruity sweet and sour flavor and is rich in citrusy freshness.
Alexander Dunkel is a dark and exceptionally light lager with a beautiful deep brown color. The velvety taste of Dunkel is moderately sweet with hints of aromatic hops.
The new Alexander is an unfiltered lager with a rich palette, a light sweetness and the rich caramel of barley. The golden amber beer has the aroma of citrus and caramel. We recommend storing the can upside down, turning the can before opening brings out the best qualities of unfiltered beer.
The full-bodied flavor of Alexander is clearly dominated by the bitter crispness of hops and it is balanced out by the stronger than average caramel flavor of the malt. Fresh hops linger in the finish of this light yellow lager with its dense bubbles.
